Key Personnel

Paul Cope

Having started his career in the magic circle law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, before spending several years at esteemed firms DLA Piper and Addleshaw Goddard in Liverpool and Manchester, Paul Cope formed Cope & Co in 2009 with a vision to establish a modern thinking commercial law firm with a unique offering to its clients: high quality legal advice and services for fixed fees.

Having grown the firm both in number of employees and the quantity and quality of its clients whilst establishing Cope & Co as a real alternative to the larger law firms for local and national businesses, Paul’s vision is to grow the firm to provide a full range of commercial services to its clients, whilst still maintaining the relationships the firm has with those clients.

The firm is built around Paul’s desire to provide its clients with a high quality level of advice and service whilst taking a pragmatic and practical approach to the work we carry out.
