Experience

Our Head of Commercial Property, Neil Lacey, has extensive experience in all aspects of Commercial Property matters including  property development, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.

Neil also has specialist experience of the property aspects involved in Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring transactions, acting for insolvency practitioners on Administration and LPA Receivership appointments in dealing with the wide ranging property issues that result from such procedures.

Fixed cost

Our firm ethos underpins all of our Commercial Property client transactions, delivering a high quality of service and expertise within a realistic and appropriate fee structure, designed and agreed with each particular client at the outset of the transaction.

We will assess a job at the commencement of any instructions in order to provide a fixed scope of work together with a fixed price for that work, so that you can be sure of the fee you will have to pay from the outset of the job.  Our fees for the scope of work agreed at the commencement of the job will not increase as a matter progresses, however, the level of service provided will be of at least the standard you would expect from the best firms operating in this field.
